本私隱政策說明 OtterSol 在提供 Wadashboard 時如何處理個人資料。Wadashboard 是供店舖整理及跟進訂單的工具。本政策適用於使用該服務的人士。

2. 我們收集的資料

This privacy policy explains how OtterSol handles personal information when providing Wadashboard. Wadashboard is a tool for shops to organise orders and follow them up. This policy applies to people who use the service.

We may provide information to trusted third-party service providers where that is needed to deliver the service. Those providers include hosting providers and image-recognition services that help identify product details. Some images may be handled by those providers solely for that purpose.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. Information is sent using encrypted transmission. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

When it is no longer needed for that purpose, we delete it or handle it so that it no longer identifies a person.
